In which volumes are oil and pickle containers produced?
We produce in standard volumes of 20L, 30L, and 50L. In addition, special volumes such as 10L and 18L can be produced upon request. We offer 18L traditional tin equivalent for olive oil producers, and 10L practical size for restaurants and catering.
Is the packaging suitable for food contact?
Yes. All our containers are produced from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) raw material that is suitable for food contact, FDA and EU 10/2011 certified, using hygienic robotic systems. The inner surfaces are smooth and do not harbor bacteria.
Do you guarantee airtightness and freshness?
Thanks to our specially designed hoop lid systems and silicone gasket structure, our containers provide complete airtightness. By cutting off air contact, it prevents oxidation of olive oil and manages the fermentation process of pickles in a controlled manner. Can custom design and color work be done for my brand?
Absolutely. Thanks to our in-house mold shop, we can develop custom forms for your brand and offer color options suitable for your corporate identity. We can customize your logo and product information with screen printing or shrink sleeve printing. We do custom mold work with a minimum order of 500 pieces.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard products, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. For products requiring custom molds, this amount increases to 500 pieces. For stocked products, orders starting from 50 pieces are accepted. We offer special pricing and delivery conditions for large quantity orders.
Are the containers recyclable?
Yes, all our containers are made from 100% recyclable HDPE material. At the end of their useful life, they can be processed in recycling facilities and converted into new plastic products. In line with our environmentally friendly production policy, waste reduction and sustainability are among our priorities.
